RULES FOR THE PRIZE OPERATION NAMED “Winter GioiaPura 2024"
1. PROMOTING ENTITY

Prize Operation.
3. DURATION PERIOD
This prize operation will take place from 12/03/2024 to 12/31/2024.
4. TERRITORIAL SCOPE
Italian national territory. Only purchases made on the Italian e-commerce website www.gioiapura.it and at the physical “GioiaPura” stores located in Italy will be valid.
5. PROMOTED PRODUCTS
All products available on the Italian e-commerce website www.gioiapura.it and at the physical “GioiaPura” stores located in Italy.
6. RECIPIENTS
End consumers, of legal age, purchasing through the Italian e-commerce website www.gioiapura.it or through the physical “GioiaPura” stores located in Italy.
7. MECHANICS OF THE PRIZE OPERATION
All consumers who, during the promotional period from 12/03/2024 to 12/31/2024, purchase products worth a total of at least €100.00 (one hundred euros) from the e-commerce website www.gioiapura.it or the physical “GioiaPura” stores in Italy will receive the prize described in the following article 8, subject to stock availability. The €100.00 threshold is calculated net of any applied discounts and excludes repair costs. This amount must be reached within the context of a single order or purchase.
8. PRIZES
Each consumer meeting the requirements outlined in article 7 will receive a prize consisting of one (1) heart-shaped necklace by Alfieri & St. John in rhodium-plated 925 silver with fuchsia zirconia stones, with a commercial value of approximately €100.00 (one hundred euros) including VAT, subject to stock availability.
9. PRIZE DELIVERY TERMS
The prize will be delivered together with the purchased products. In any case, the final deadline for the delivery of prizes to eligible recipients is no later than six months from the end date of the operation or the date of the prize request.
10. ESTIMATED PRIZE POOL
It is expected that 5,000 (five thousand) prizes will be awarded, for a total prize pool of approximately €500,000 (five hundred thousand euros) including VAT, subject to final adjustment based on the actual number of prizes awarded. The exact prize total cannot be determined, as it depends on the purchases made by the recipients.
11. GUARANTEE
No guarantee will be provided for the promised prizes, pursuant to Article 7, letter b), of Presidential Decree No. 430 of October 26, 2001, given that the prize is delivered at the time of product purchase.
12. MARKET VALUE OF PRIZES
The market values of the prizes indicated are understood as current and based on the public sale price list.
13. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PRIZE OPERATION
Participation in this prize operation entails unconditional and total acceptance of the rules and clauses contained in these terms without any limitations.
14. REVOCATION OR MODIFICATION OF TERMS
The Promoting Company reserves the right to revoke or modify the terms of execution of this prize operation for valid reasons, pursuant to and in accordance with Article 1990 of the Civil Code, by providing prior notice to the participants using the same form as the promise or an equivalent form.
15. ADVERTISING OF THE OPERATION
This prize operation will be advertised on the Promoting Company's website www.gioiapura.it and in its physical “GioiaPura” stores located in Italy. Advertising messages communicated to recipients will comply with these rules. The full terms and conditions will be available on the website www.gioiapura.it.
16. AVAILABILITY OF RULES
This operation is governed by these rules, the original of which, self-certified pursuant to Article 10, no. 3, of Presidential Decree No. 430/2001, is deposited and kept for the entire duration of the promotion and for 12 months after its conclusion at the registered office of F.B. S.r.l. A copy of the rules will be available on the website.
17. PRIVACY
F.B. SRL – Sole Shareholder, as the Promoting Company and data controller, will process the personal data of participants in this prize operation in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation No. 679/2016/EU and as outlined in the privacy policy available on the website www.gioiapura.it.
18. MISCELLANEOUS
The Promoting Company reserves the right to make changes or additions to these rules, which shall not harm the rights acquired by participants, and will communicate such changes to participants using the same methods as the original terms of participation.
If a consumer exercises the right of withdrawal after receiving the prize, they forfeit their right to the prize. The Promoting Company reserves the right to request the return of the prize; if not returned, the value of the prize may be charged to the consumer.
Under no circumstances may the prize be converted into cash or other prizes.
Images and colors of prizes shown on all promotional materials are purely indicative.
Participation in this prize operation is reserved exclusively for consumers acting as end consumers. This initiative cannot be combined with other promotional initiatives organized by the Promoting Company.
The Promoting Company cannot be held responsible for any issues arising during the use of the prizes or for improper use by recipients.
In case of malfunctions or defects, the contractual terms of the supplier/manufacturer/distributor apply, including any limitations or extensions attached to the prize.
The Promoting Company reserves the right to replace prizes, if no longer available on the market, with similar items of equal or greater value, with prior notice to recipients.
