RULES OF THE PRIZE OPERATION CALLED “Summer Colors”
1. PROMOTING PARTY

2. TYPE OF OPERATION
Prize Operation.
3. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
This prize operation will be held from 20/06/2025 to 30/06/2025 (the “Promotional Period”).
4. TERRITORIAL SCOPE
Italian national territory. Only purchases made on the Italian e-commerce website www.gioiapura.it will be valid.
5. PROMOTED PRODUCTS
All products immediately available on the Italian e-commerce website www.gioiapura.it marked with the phrase “AVAILABLE, Immediate Shipping!”, with the exception of wedding rings (hereinafter referred to as “Promoted Product(s)”).
6. RECIPIENTS
Final consumers of legal age purchasing through the Italian e-commerce website www.gioiapura.it.
7. MECHANICS OF THE PRIZE OPERATION
All consumers who, during the Promotional Period, purchase at least 2 (two) Promoted Products on the e-commerce site www.gioiapura.it will receive the prize described in Article 8 below, while supplies last.
The purchase must include at least 2 (two) Promoted Products within the same order. The purchase of a single Promoted Product or gift cards does not entitle the consumer to participate in this prize operation.
Each user is entitled to only one gift, regardless of the total number of Promoted Products purchased within the same purchase document.
8. PRIZES
Each consumer who meets the requirements of section 7 will be entitled to receive a prize consisting of 1 women’s anklet in steel, branded Gioiapura, in silver or gold color with multicolored beads, with an approximate commercial value of €19.00 (VAT included) each, while supplies last.
The color of the prize (silver or gold and the color of the beads) will be assigned randomly at the time of shipment and cannot be chosen by the consumer.
9. PRIZE DELIVERY TERMS
The prize will be delivered together with the purchased products. In any case, the final deadline for delivering the prizes to entitled consumers is no later than 6 months from the end date of the operation or from the date of prize request.
10. 10. ESTIMATED TOTAL VALUE OF PRIZES
It is expected that 3,000 (three thousand) prizes will be awarded for a total estimated value of approximately €57,000.00 (VAT included), subject to final adjustment based on the actual number of prizes awarded. The exact value of the prizes cannot be determined as it depends on the number of purchases made by recipients.
11. SECURITY DEPOSIT
As the prize is delivered at the time of purchase, no security deposit will be provided, pursuant to Article 7, letter b) of Presidential Decree 430 of 26 October 2001.
12. MARKET VALUE OF PRIZES
The market values of the prizes are based on the current date and on the retail price list.
13. PARTICIPATION IN THIS PRIZE OPERATION
Participation in this prize operation implies the consumer’s full and unconditional acceptance of the rules and clauses contained in this regulation, with no limitation whatsoever.
14. REVOCATION OF THE PROMISE OR MODIFICATION OF EXECUTION METHODS
The Promoting Company may revoke or modify the methods of execution of this prize operation for just cause, pursuant to and in accordance with Article 1990 of the Italian Civil Code, by notifying the participants in the same manner as the original promise or in an equivalent manner.
15. ADVERTISING OF THE OPERATION
This prize operation will be advertised on the Promoter’s website www.gioiapura.it. The promotional messages directed to the recipients will be consistent with this regulation. The complete rules will be available on the website www.gioiapura.it.
16. AVAILABILITY OF THE REGULATIONS
This operation is governed by these regulations, the original copy of which, self-certified pursuant to Art. 10 no. 3 of Presidential Decree 430/2001, will be kept at the registered office of F.B. S.r.l. for the entire duration of the promotion and for 12 months thereafter. A copy of the regulations will be available on the website.
17. PRIVACY
F.B. SRL – Sole Shareholder, as the Promoting Company and Data Controller, will process the personal data of participants in this prize operation in accordance with EU General Data Protection Regulation No. 679/2016 and as set out in the Privacy Policy available at www.gioiapura.it.
18. MISCELLANEOUS
The Promoting Company reserves the right to make amendments or additions to this Regulation that will not prejudice the rights acquired by the participants and that will be communicated to them using the same method as the original conditions of participation.
It is clarified that if a consumer exercises the right of withdrawal after receiving the prize, they will lose entitlement to the same. The Promoting Company reserves the right to request its return; in the event of non-return, the value of the prize may be charged to the consumer.
Under no circumstances may the prize be converted into cash and/or other prizes.
Images and colors of the prizes shown in promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only.
Participation in this prize operation is reserved exclusively for consumers acting as final consumers. This initiative cannot be combined with other promotional initiatives organized by the Promoting Company.
The Promoting Company cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from the use of the prizes or for their improper use by the recipients.
In the event of malfunctions or defects, the contractual terms of the supplier/producer/distributor shall apply, including any limitations or extensions related to the prize.
The Promoting Company reserves the right to replace the prizes, if no longer available on the market, with similar items of equal or greater value, upon notification to the entitled parties.
