EASY EXCHANGE AND RETURN


GioiaPura offers the possibility to return items for a refund or exchange without the need to provide a reason, within 30 days of receiving the product.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the products. The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal if these conditions are met:

N.B. If the returned product contributed to reaching the minimum order amount to receive a gift, the return of the product also includes the mandatory return of the said gift.

HOW TO RETURN

Return in 4 simple steps:

1-Access the "YOUR ORDERS" section CLICK HERE.

2-For the order you want to return, click "REQUEST RETURN".

Select the product(s) from your order that you want to return. You can request a refund or an exchange.

REQUEST A REFUND if you want the reimbursement of the amount spent for the items you want to return (CLICK HERE for more information on refund methods and refund timeframes).

REQUEST STORE CREDIT if you want an exchange for an item. Store Credit is a credit equal to the refund amount and can be used immediately for a new order. The new order will be shipped only after we receive the returned item at our warehouse (CLICK HERE for more details on STORE CREDIT).

4-Select the return method.

For all orders placed from countries within the European Union, customers can choose to arrange the return shipment independently or request a return label from us by contacting our customer service at servizioclienti@gioiapura.it. For orders from Germany, the return label will already be included in the package. For orders placed from non-EU countries, please contact us at servizioclienti@gioiapura.it to proceed with the return.

 

REFUND OR STORE CREDIT AMOUNT

You will be refunded the cost of the returned item net of discounts or coupon codes, minus the return shipping fees. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and any customs fees will be deducted from the refund or the value of the STORE CREDIT. Gift packaging, gift kits, and any initial shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.


HOW REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED

The refund method depends on the payment method chosen at the time of the order:


- CASH ON DELIVERY: the refund is only made via bank transfer. In this case, you will need to provide us with your bank details (IBAN and account holder's information) via email when submitting the return request. (CLICK HERE to provide us with your IBAN for the refund).

- BANK TRANSFER: the refund is made via bank transfer to the account provided by the customer requesting the refund (CLICK HERE to provide us with your IBAN for the refund).

- PAYPAL PAYMENT: the refund will be processed directly through PayPal.

- CREDIT CARD PAYMENT: the refund will be credited only to the credit card used for the purchase.



 

N.B. If the returned product(s) contributed to reaching the minimum order amount for receiving a gift, the return of the product includes the mandatory return of the gift as well.
